Walking the Landscape: Historic Warton
We’re taking a walk through the village of Warton, taking in various of the historic features of the area.
This route is of moderate difficulty, using paths with uneven ground, inclines and stiles. The walk will last for approx. 3-4 hours and there will be an opportunity to break for lunch.
Please bring:
- suitable clothing, including layers and a waterproof jacket
- water / drinks
- food (either snacks for energy or a pack up) – and remember to have a big breakfast!
- sunscreen (if sunny)
- walking boots
- spare socks (just in case)
- a phone
- walking poles (if usually used)
