Governance
The aims of the Landscape Trust, a registered charity (no 702624), are to protect the flora and fauna and improve the landscape of the Arnside & Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
To carry out the functions of the Landscape Trust, members elect Officers and a Management Committee at the Trust’s AGM. The current Committee members are listed on the Landscape Trust‘s website.
The Management Committee meets four times a year and draft minutes of the latest meeting can be viewed here. Copies of previous minutes can be obtained by contacting the Landscape Trust Secretary.
The date of the AGM 2019 is Tuesday 16th July at the Heron Theatre, Beetham. A copy of the AGM 2018 draft minutes, and other AGM documents can be found below together with the minutes and reports from last year’s AGM.
