RSPB Leighton Moss Visitor Centre
Discover the home of some very special birds and other creatures – from breeding bitterns to red deer and butterflies!
Relax in the sensory garden, follow the trails, do a bit of bird-watching from the hides and finish off your day with some lovely home-made refreshments in the cafe.
Most of the trails are suitable for wheelchairs and a Tramper, an all-terrain mobility scooter, is now available for hire free of charge to anyone over the age of 14 – please note pre-booking is essential. The Visitor centre is open 9.30 am-5 pm (4.30 pm December and January). Entry to the reserve is free for RSPB members and half price for those who visit by public transport, by bike or on foot.
