Calling all photographers

The Landscape Trust is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2016, and to mark the occasion they are holding a photographic competition with the theme “Arnside & Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – an extraordinary place”.
The competition is open for entries until 29th February 2016, though photographs can be entered irrespective of when they were taken. There are six categories:- Panorama – a great view; Wonderfully Wild – birds, animals, trees, butterflies, flowers etc.; My favourite building – from history to the present day; Rock of Ages – limestone features and other rocks; In black and white – a monochrome or sepia image; and Loving it – people in the AONB, whether living here, visiting, volunteering, or just enjoying.
This is a competition for everyone – amateurs and professionals, young and old – so why not share your creativity and photographic skills and show us how much you love this AONB?
