Join us in celebrating the amazing wildlife of Arnside & Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The Area is recognised for its extraordinary diversity of wildlife and habitats. Stunning limestone pavements, ancient woodlands, impressive coastline, panoramic views and spectacular sunsets make it one of England's finest landscapes.

The AONB Partnership of conservation organisations, landowners and local experts has come together to offer a range of events for all the family. With links to the Queen's Jubilee and the 2012 Olympics, discover our very own Queen and learn about our Gold, Silver and Bronze winning wildlife.

 Autumn Fest of Craft & Food

Join us in the fantastic setting of Leighton Hall, the historic home of the world-renowned Gillow furniture making family, where we will be celebrating the Area's wonderful woodlands, raising awareness of the importance of woodlands for our wildlife and promoting traditional woodland crafts and products.

Come along to see woodland craftworkers in action and get advice from the experts on good woodland management practices. There will also be lots of activities for children.
