Silverdale Golf Club’s 18 hole course (Par 70 – 5592 yards) includes a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).

Carnforth swimming pool is situated in the grounds of Carnforth High School, off Kellet Road.

The weekly timetable includes casual swimming and a range of sessions, including over 50s swimming, children's fun sessions and weekly Aqua Fit classes.
