Use the Carnforth Connect service to travel in and around the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - Carnforth to Milnthorpe via Millhead, Warton Yealand Conyers, Yealand Redmayne, Hale, Slackhead and Beetham.

Silverdale Shuttle
This useful service follows a meandering route, visiting just about every point between the Railway Station and the village of Silverdale. You will find the service takes in just about everything in the village you will need. The link below takes you to a time-table.
The bus connects with as many trains as possible. There are interactive information points at various points along the route which should be able to give you upto the minute travel information for the service too!

Stagecoach
Coming from the north or the south, its easy to get to the AONB by bus. There is a regular service from Kendal and Lancaster. You can find timetable information on the links below to the Stagecoach Bus website:
- Kendal to Arnside - 552 service via Milnthorpe
- Milnthorpe and Carnforth - 555 service (Keswick - Lancaster bus)
- Lancaster and Carnforth to the Yealands - 55 service.
